Triple Threat Relay - 5 miler
Downtown, West Chester

The Triple Threat Relay is a 3 lap - 5 mile course in downtown West Chester.  An individual can run 5 miles (3 laps), or teams of 3 can each run one lap.  Well, the Bugey Boys are a team of 3, so we were going to do them all together.
Of course after a 1/2 mile, the boys wanted out of the wagon.  They would run, get tired, get back in the wagon, then run again.  I knew with them running, they weren't going to have the energy to do it for 3 laps, and they didn't want to sit in the wagon that long, so we only did 2 laps. 

My favorite part was when I decided to stretch before hand, and they joined me for the stretch.  Too cute!

A nice afternoon at Chuck E. Cheese with myself, Grammy, and the boys.  A great way to end a great week.

9th Annual Catherine Rooney's Irish Pub 5k for Ulster Project - Wilmington, DE

I did this run with the boys.  A nice nighttime run (6:45pm) start.  The boys sat in the wagon for the first mile, and then got out and ran.  When one got tired, he would get back in the wagon for a rest, but neither of them got back in at the same time. 

This was race #8 with the boys, 2 more to go (which will be in September and October).

Week off with the Boys - Day #4

Started off the day with a visit to the Herr's factory.  This was followed by a trip to the Brandywine Zoo, then Brandywine Park, then dinner at Joe's Crab Shack, and finally a 5k run in Trolley Square.  This was a full day for the boys.
