Phillies 5k for Charities

So, today marks the real start of the racing season for me. A few months ago, John, Jared, and I signed up for the 3rd annual Phillies 5k for Charities. This race is held down at the ballpark. The Grahams were also in town for the weekend, so Tommy and Krissy did the race as well. I also heard from an old friend from college, Mark Redwine. He met up with us just in time for the start.
I don't know what it is about this weekend, but it is always freaking freezing. This year, they actually gave out long-sleeve tech shirts, which was nice.

So after the race, we get to go inside the stadium. We went down the right field foul line, behind home plate, and up the left field foul line.

I am a total snob when it comes to medals. I think they should only be given out to half and full marathons. The Broad Street 10 miler is such a staple to Philadelphia, that I consider that an exception. Having said that, these medals for the Phillies 5k were really nice.
