Dub-C 4 miler in downtown West Chester - 7pm start
It was a hot one, even for an evening start. Certainly not my best run. I got cramped up 1/2 way through and had to walk for 3 minutes. Still, a good time as always. Joined again by my good friend Chris Felix.
