Disney trip with the Grahams - Day #3

Day #3 - Typhoon Lagoon / Hoop-De-Doo Review

getting ready to go to Typhoon Lagoon

We take the bus over to Typhoon Lagoon.  I had not been to a water park in years.  I am very excited.

Now obviously, I left the camera in the bag while we went on water slides.  It was great, cause it wasn't too crowded yet.  There were 3 tube rides that we were able to hit right away, and we never stood in line for more than 10 minutes for any of them.  The first two were individual tubes, and the third was a group one, that me and the boys went in with Jen.  It was awesome.

Then, we hit some chutes.  Also, very small lines, so we hit three of them.  On each one, we let an adult go down first, and then the kids go down so the adults can catch them at the bottom.  The boys loved this.

Finally, Tom and Jen took the boys and Suzie over to do a little snorkeling, while Tommy, Krissy, and I went on the big giant chute (I forget the official name, but I liked to call it "The Wedgie Master")  Again, a five minute wait.    When we finish that and head over to the snorkeling area, Tom and Jen were waiting cause the boys did not want to go on.  I then took them on the lazy river so the Grahams could all snorkel.

So we accomplished a lot by lunch time.

After lunch time, we took the kiddies over to a water playground.  Man that fantastic.  We must've been there an hour or so.

Classy

So after that, we get into the lazy river....and once there, we could not get the kids out. I think we went around 3 times  (each time is about 25 minutes).

So we were getting ready to go back on some slides, and thats when we heard thunder.  So, that was pretty much it for the day.  No worries though, cause it was about 2 o'clock and we had a full day already.  Time to get the kids home for an afternoon nap before the Hoop-De-Doo Review.

Dinner at the Hoop-De-Doo Review in Fort Wilderness.  There is not much to say, because the pictures speak for themselves.
