This is the first time the boys watched the NBA draft lottery. After 3 straight seasons of finishing in last place, the Sixers finally get the #1 pick in the draft, and they select Ben Simmons.

"Trust the Process" That was the tagline from Sam Hinkie.
He was the general manager who had a vision of tanking to get high draft
picks. After 3 seasons, the Sixers have accumulated a whole lot of
young talent and draft picks. Hinkie resigned a few months before the
draft. It will be interesting to see a few years from now if Sam's
moves pay off.
